Directions

Brush your teeth twice a day, maximum three times. Minimize swallowing, then spit out. Children 0-2 years old: start brushing as soon as your teeth come out, using toothpaste no more than a grain of rice. Children 0-6 years old: put a pea-sized amount on the toothpaste and make sure your child swallows as little toothpaste as possible while brushing.
