Indirect Restorations: Prevention and Management of Post Operative Sensitivity

Indirect Restorations: Prevention and Management of Post Operative Sensitivity

Post-operative sensitivity is a common problem faced when preparing vital teeth for indirect restorations and generally only shows up after the final restorations have been placed. The cause of this is generally blamed on the luting agent used but could have been iatrogenically caused several appointments before the final restoration was placed.

This webinar will go through the various stages of vital tooth preparation and attempt to pinpoint areas where post-operative sensitivity could start from and what the dentist could do to prevent or lower the possibilities of post-operative sensitivity from occurring.
