Maximising the Potential of Preventative Oral Care
Now more than ever, dental teams across the UK face great challenges in providing accessible support for their consumers and communities, at a time of escalating need with worrying signs of declining oral health in many places.
As a global leader in consumer health, Haleon recently partnered with the College of General Dentistry to conduct a survey to better understand the place of preventative oral care in routine dental appointments and what this could mean for our collective effort to address this decline. This survey will be the first output of our partnership with the College of General Dentistry around how to best leverage preventative advice currently offered at UK dentistry practices.
Please join us on Thursday, 30 November at 14.00 for our webinar ‘Maximising the Potential of Preventative Oral Care’.
Bas Vorsteveld, General Manager, GB&I, Haleon, Dr Kate Fabrikant, Medical Director, Northern Europe, Haleon, and Sarah Murray MBE, Member of the College of General Dentistry Faculty Board for Dental Hygiene, will analyse the findings of our recent survey into the role preventative oral care plays in routine dental appointments.
The survey, featuring insights from dental health professionals and patients, highlights the importance of preventative oral care, whilst also pointing to opportunities for its enhancement, supported by the clinical team, across the UK.
Together they will consider the challenges facing oral health professionals and will draw on the solutions that could help to alleviate the pressures many are facing. A Q&A session will follow the discussion.
